Tea FAQ

  • What if there's a problem with my order?
    Customer satisfaction is our priority. If any issue arrises with the tea or the delivery, we'll offer a total or partial refund.
  • How do I reach Ye'ai tea?
    Even though our company is based in Yunnan, China, we provide customer service from Berlin, Germany, and are therefore available by email, chat or telephone during normal European working hours.
  • In what language should I communicate?
    We speak English, German and Mandarin Chinese. You can also write us in you native language and we'll do our best to translate and answer you.
  • How do I know the tea is organic?
    Our tea is certified as organic by independant certifying entities.
